Varun Mehta

Board Member

Varun was a founding member of Clutch Group before it merged with Morae Legal in early 2017 to form Morae Global. At Morae, Varun serves as President, overseeing Client Relationships, Product & Market Development worldwide. Varun has been focused on helping multinational companies increase value, operational efficiency and technology across Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions, growing Clutch Group to over 400 people across 7 offices globally.

Outside of Morae, Varun is an angel investor and advisor to a number of technology startups. In college, Varun established the Future Leaders Council which grew to 23 chapters nationwide focused on civic engagement and leadership among Indian-American youth.

Varun received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
