Described by Scroll.In as “rich, nuanced discourse on one of the most urgent issues that Indian society continues to grapple with,” the book explores the unique relationship of musicians and instrument makers across the divide of cultural hierarchy. T.M.Krishna will be discussing his book and topics of art,

justice, and social stigma in conversation with Rajna Swaminathan,

and Bala Skandan moderated by Neha Krishnamachary.
